École St Matthew School

École St. Matthew School has partnered with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon to sponsor a Burundian family, living in a camp.  The sponsored family has relatives living in the Saskatooon area.  The commitment to sponsor this family is particularly impressive given the lengthy anticipated time predicted for the sponsorship – 18 months to two years.  They are developing ideas about how to build opportunities for learning through this experience, from advocacy to Skype communication given the common French language.
